At House of Retro, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Every item is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where applicable).

UK Shipping

• Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
• Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1–2 working days (if selected at checkout)
• Free UK Shipping on orders over £50.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 5–10 working days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 working days
• Rest of the World: 7–21 working days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country's customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch every order promptly, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

House of Retro cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we'll do our best to update it.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)

We'll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Items

As every piece in our collection is individually sourced, all items in your order will usually be shipped together. In rare cases, orders may arrive in separate parcels.
